Abstract
The growing development of new technologies has a substantial impact on Intellectual Capital (IC) and strategy innovation. Healthcare is one of the most affected sectors by digital technologies. We analyse the case of Nucleode, an innovative company based in the northeastern part of Italy, which can be defined as a knowledge organisation. The company aims to provide new technologies regarding hospital management, taking healthcare to the future. Analysing Nucleode’s Kiron project, the chapter aims to discuss the future of healthcare, considering the digital transformation and intangible assets management, especially considering the value created for the various stakeholders.
