abstract

This contribution gives a first overview on the Carte di Famiglia included in the Archivio Pasinetti stored at the CISVe archive in Venice. After the explanation of the cataloguing method, some interesting case-studies are indicated and treated. The matter regards modern philology, history of Venetian culture of the 19th century, relations between literature and visual art and Italian poetic meters. From the cross-refences of these thematic units, some aspects of the evolving cultural dynamics of the time come to light, displaying unexpected patterns to be investigated in the history of ideas.
