The Authors in this paper, in the population studied equal to of 48 patients and suffering from sleep apnea syndrome, studied   the correlation with changes in self-regulation of blood flow to the optic nerve head and a possible increase in the incidence of glaucoma chronic open-angle glaucoma, which is a major health problem for the social impact of visual impairment in adulthood  and old age.
